At Manassetrip, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for travel packages booked through www.manassetrip.online. We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund matters.
2. Cancellation Timeline & Refund Schedule

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Bank processing times may add an additional 5-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain components of travel packages may be non-refundable due to supplier policies:
- Airline tickets (subject to airline cancellation policies)
- Travel insurance premiums once coverage has commenced
- Visa processing fees
- Special event tickets or experiences with limited availability
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline strikes), Manassetrip will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a credit voucher valid for 24 months. Full refunds in force majeure situations are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can cover cancellation costs, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances that our standard refund policy may not cover.
8. Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Date changes and destination modifications may be possible subject to availability and may incur a modification fee of β¬50 per booking.
